1. How long is the web-based registration open?
- Online registration will be open through July 21, 2023. Hotel reservation(s) must be made separately by dealers. Hotel reservations for a stay at The Oakwood Resort must be requested through your Regional Sales Manager.
2. Do I need to make my own hotel reservation, or will Godfrey Marine make it for me?
- Each Dealership needs to make their hotel reservation(s). If you plan to stay at The Oakwood Resort, this reservation is to be requested through your Regional Sales Manager. All other hotel stays are to be made on your own.

3. What is included in the registration?
- Scheduled meals during the event
- All business-related activities
- Introduction to the new Model Year 2024 product lines
4. What expenses will I be accountable for?
- Rental car/taxi expenses
- Hotel Reservations and expenses including any incidentals
- Transportation to and from the hotel and airport will be your responsibility
5. Will there be transportation to/from the hotels/airports to The Oakwood Resort for the Open House?
- No. You are responsible for your own transportation for the duration of your stay.

- The Open House will be a relaxed, casual atmosphere.
8. What if I need to cancel/change my hotel reservations?
- Changes or cancellations to hotel accommodations must be done directly by you through your Regional Sales Manager if you have requested a reservation at The Oakwood Resort. If you are staying at a different property, you must work through the hotel directly. You are responsible for all costs associated to your hotel room and if you fail to cancel the room, regardless of where you stay.
9. How do I know my web-registration is complete?
- Once you complete the web registration, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact Melissa at mramey@godfreymarine.com.

10. I am arriving early and/or staying past the Open House dates, how can I extend my reservation?
- Please make these arrangements directly with the hotel when you make your reservation. If there are any special requests for your hotel reservation, please make the hotel staff aware of your needs when you set up your reservation. If you are staying at The Oakwood Resort, please speak to your Regional Sales Manager.
11. How many people from our dealership can I register on the web-based registration?
- You must register everyone attending from your dealership. Whether registered all at once, or individually, every person attending the Open House must be registered ahead of time in order to enter the event. If you need verification of who is registered from your dealership, please contact Melissa at mramey@godfreymarine.com.
- Dealers may invite as many staff members as they wish to attend the Open House. However, each person MUST be registered through this system, or they will not have credentials to enter the Open House.
- Hotel reservations must be made separately from the web-based registration.
12. Will there be any boats in the water?
- Yes, there will be boats in the water.
13. How do I arrange for special requests?
- Questions or special requests should be submitted to your Regional Sales Manager, if staying at The Oakwood Resort.
- Special hotel requests should be directed to your hotel.

14. What is the format of the Open House?
- The Open House is a "come and go" format.
