Hotel Rate:  $169.00 + tax

The IMRS group rate is available through Monday, September 22, 2024 on a first-come, first-served basis. You must be 21+ years old to book a room.

Vehicle and Motorcycle Parking:

Hotel guests have access to the hotel's self-parking garage.

• $8 + tax per night per bike / 2 bikes per 1 space
• $16 + tax per night / 1 bike per 1 space

Large Truck and Trailer Parking:

If you require trailer parking while in Chattanooga, Finley Stadium (State Lot) - 1931 Reggie White Blvd will be available. IMRS Event Parking starts on Wednesday, October 9 through Sunday, October 13, 2024 (until 6pm). You must prepay for this parking before October 1, 2024 during the registration process. Parking in this lot is at your own risk.

Cancellation Policy:

You must cancel 48 hours prior to your arrival to avoid cancellation fees.  Please contact the hotel directly to change or cancel your reservation.
